- Review and prepare tender documents for issuance to subcontractors.
- Conduct material take-off’s
- Ensure the accuracy of sub contractor’s quotes and to ensure the proper inclusions and exclusions are considered
- Manage the Tender processes and to ensure the proper filing of all documents
- Create and maintain schedules while ensuring coordination with sub-trades
- Closing tender periods and awarding jobs
- Create Contracts
- Provide technical support for the team
- Create budgets based on take-off’s of material and time
- Applying proper profit margins according to company policies
- Maintain a list of subtrades, suppliers and professionals
- Catalog estimates in a library so all past costs can be used on future projects
- All other tasks asked of you for the company’s well being
