Project Manager

Main tasks:

  • Review and prepare tender documents for issuance to subcontractors.
  • Conduct material take-off’s
  • Ensure the accuracy of sub contractor’s quotes and to ensure the proper inclusions and exclusions are considered
  • Manage the Tender processes and to ensure the proper filing of all documents
  • Create and maintain schedules while ensuring coordination with sub-trades
  • Closing tender periods and awarding jobs
  • Create Contracts
  • Provide technical support for the team
  • Create budgets based on take-off’s of material and time
  • Applying proper profit margins according to company policies
  • Maintain a list of subtrades, suppliers and professionals
  • Catalog estimates in a library so all past costs can be used on future projects
  • All other tasks asked of you for the company’s well being
