Main Tasks:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments for senior management
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email, memo’s and letter correspondences
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Maintain filing system
  • Update and create office policies and procedures
  • Submit and produce expense reports
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
